My name is Brad Starr. I am a Cherokee artist who is dedicated to perpetuating Cherokee culture and art through my copper work. Drawing inspiration from the traditions and stories of my ancestors, I transform sheets of copper into works of art that embody the spirit and resilience of Cherokee heritage.

With a deep respect for traditional techniques, I incorporate symbolic patterns and motifs that reflect the rich cultural history of the Cherokee people. My copper creations—whether intricate jewelry, sculptures, or decorative pieces—serve as a bridge between the past and the future, preserving cherished traditions while introducing them to a modern space.
Through art, I try to create stunning works but also share the stories and values of my people, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Cherokee culture. My goal since starting this journey into Cherokee Art has never been based on monetary or personal gains, but to bring smiles to the faces of those that look at what i create and to maintain the security of my culture and Cherokee Art for generations to come.
